Check out the ultimate kids cookbook

Tiffany Dahle, founder of Peanut Blossom, brings deliciously fun cooking to the whole family.

We were sent Tiffany Dahle’s, “The Ultimate Kids’ Cookbook,”and I’ve got to tell you, it’s got our stomach’s rumbling! From breakfast, lunch, and dinner, she’s provided easy to follow recipes with beautiful photos and easy to follow directions; The accessibility of her recipes make her cookbook both yummy and practical for home or the classroom.

Though we haven’t been able to try out any of Tiffany’s recipe just yet, we’ve got our eyes on her Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas as a special snack idea and the Orange-Blueberry Pancakes for a fun activity in the kitchen this year. Incorporating food into the classroom is not only an exciting and engaging process, but a great opportunity for students to experience new foods. We can’t wait to incorporate one of ‘The Ultimate Kids’ Cookbook’ recipes into our classroom this year!

Every time I think I know everything I need to know about teaching young children, God says, "Hold on a minute!" and gives me a new challenge.

Let me tell ya...

With each new challenge that you overcome, you will find yourself better equipped and more passionate about teaching young children.

God didn't call wimps to lead, teach, or care for His children. Nope, he has high expectations, so get ready. You will have to give your very best but after teaching for over 30 years, I can tell you that it is a wonderful and rewarding journey.

Whenever your calling feels hard, just remember, 'He who began a good work in you (and in the children you serve) will be faithful to complete it.'
