Oh thank you Deborah!!
I have been learning songs these days for kids. Sometimes it works good with kids but sometimes not. So i was wondering if i was doing fine. After i have watched your video i got it. I love singing even though i am not a good singer. Simple songs work better and extension with songs will be fun and changing tunes and lyrics would be exciting too.
Hi Deborah, quick question for you. I love the idea of your song pocket books. How do you keep your songs organized. I would love to hear your organizational strategy. As always…. I always walk away from your videos or blog with a huge amount of excitement to share with my little friends
Organize the songs by title or first line (ABC order) or do like I do and throw them in anywhere and hunt for them when you need them. I get so busy that anytime I start a system, I don’t keep it up!
Hi Deborah, the super simple songs are really great! How nicely you showed them! I love the way you showed how to make sound of rains. Next time I will teach my students this trick. Inc worm is fantastic! Thank you so very much for this lovely tutorial. I would like to save them in my desktop PC. Can I?
Yes! You can save on your PC.
I have this Song book with a collection of songs under different headings. Songs about Fruit, Vegetables, Animals, Birds, Fish & ofcourse Shapes & Colors. I love singing with the children and am enjoying your videos immensely
Thanks, I love the inch worm song. Always looking for ways to teach measuring. Love your Blog.
do you have these songs in a PDF format that we could purchase and make our books? As a home provider I feel isolated and don’t get the opportunity to bounce ideas or get ideas from other teachers. Which is another reason I love your blog so much.
Hi Michelle, I am hoping to get the words formatted just for that purpose very soon. In the meantime, let me invite you to continue on to the next video in the tutorial! https://teachpreschool.org/make-sing-along-stick-puppets/
Thank you Deborah. Love the inch worm song.
love the inch worm Thank you so much
Hi Deborah! I have been teaching for more than 20 years and I am still learning! I was a preschool teacher then I have been teaching first graders for the last 10 years. This summer I am moving to Spain and will be teaching preschoolers there. Your workshops and blog have been such an inspiration! I am looking forward to teaching little people again. Thank you for sharing your love, joy, and experience!
Moving to Spain! Wow!!! I wish you the very best in your new life. So exciting:)
I would love to have the opportunity to purchase the lyrics to your songs. Thank you
The lyrics to all my songs come free with the purchase of my music. Check your email to continue with this tutorial and learn more:)
Thank you so much for the videos. I love to incorporate music into my program and I love the song prop container. Yesterday was my last day for the summer but I don’t think teachers really take the summers off as we are always looking for ways to improve our class/curriculum. I am unable to view the last video. Could you possibly resend it?
I am a preschool teacher and nursry director. I created a binder with songs which id organized by subjecy alphabetically. Its easy to use in the classroom but during transitions to outdoors, cafeteria and bathroom it is too large to be of use. I am teaching in a traditional school setting. Our PreK-3 and 4 students use the public bathrooms. Waiting in line is difficult for te children. I have been gathering calming toys and using songs to help the children to use the time productively. I like the idea of the pocketbook songs. They are portable and wll be… Read more »

Hi Julie – try again and see if it’s fixed. You should be able to see it just fine now.
